When I found this 1940s varsity sweater I didn't hesitate to snap it up, I usually find them in very large sizes and most of the time for men, but this one is so perfect and small that I knew it had to be mine. Although there isn't a 'D' to be found in my name, Mr. Dear Golden's nickname for me (and mine for him) is Deegs and it's often shortened to just 'D', so this is actually the perfect letter to be on the sweater. I hear 'D' way more often than I hear my name, that's for sure. Oh I also guess it could be 'D' for Dear Golden...anyway, it's a super sweet sweater and I feel all kinds of casual running around in it.
Oh, and Ella really wanted to say hi. Intensely, as it were.

oh ella...
you two are such (d)ears.
Sweet find! I love the way cats are so conflicted by cameras- they want to be in the middle of every shot, but not...and teehee- Ella's eyes are ever so slightly crossed in the picture!
I usually just end up with a cat bum in my pictures...
Cute sweater! And your cat is just adorable. :)

And never would I ever think to put plaid under a jumper like this.... but now I really, really want to.
LOVE the rolled jeans with the boots!
