work made pretty

Slowly I have been washing, mending, ironing and photographing about 2 dozen 1930s/40s housedresses. Some with the sweetest of details, like white cotton scalloped collars, lace trim and waist smocking. No need to look slaggy while you clean the house, right? Yesterday I photographed these five; they'll be making their way into the shop by this weekend, and beyond!
