do not pinch me

If this is a dream, where I procure the most perfect 1930s dress, then don't pinch me awake. Let me sleep sleep sleep in this beautiful dress reverie...

This is everything I look for in a dress, 1930s light rayon with pretty floral print, shirred bust with corset buttons, puff shoulder sleeves, collar and waist smocking and flared skirt. I mean, what in the world else can I want from a frock? Nothing! Just when I think I'll never find another of these dresses, I find, I find! Can you feel my glee through the screen?

I think you have to fear people pinching the dress rather than you. Yip it's perfect, love.

I know that exact feeling... i remember attending a pre-auction viewing of Vintage and Antique clothing and accessories- called The Banana Room back in Sydney in 2004, and it was just like a hysterical dream; a room filled with every imaginable treasure; i almost started to hyperventilate! Glorious!
