wants & needs : a blurry little line

I tell myself, "Lauren, you work from home, you are essentially some kind of hermit, who cares what you wear?"; I tell myself this to keep me from hearing the siren song of beautiful clothing and accessories available to me at the click of my mouse. It's a useless mantra, it is powerless almost all of the time & I can tell that I will make at least one pair of the above shoes from Anthropologie mine. Not sure when, not sure which pair, but I tried the mantra out while swooning over these and felt it's futility fully. Sad. But it's okay because getting an awesome new pair of shoes is so not sad.

I love them all! I made the mistake of going to Anthro the other day (It's less than 2 mins from where I live!) and trying on a dress. Now I can't stop thinking about that silly dress. Do I need a new dress? Well, no! lol

I love the bottom right and might just have to make that splurge. I've always had good luck with my shoes from Anthro!

Did you see Beth @ Salvage Life's post about two of the same pair? The drug that is Anthro is a powerful one! And pretty nude shoes are a necessity this season, even if you only wear them to the mailbox.

Oh gosh, Anthropologie shoes are so lovely and tempting (and expensive)... Part of me is glad that my local store doesn't carry shoes, because being able to try them on would only make me want them more!

I have a weakness for wedges, and when I saw the first pair (first picture) on Anthropologie's website my heart skipped a beat. *sigh*

My home is attached to my store so I often have this slightly evolved version of slacker fashion happening. It doesn't help that I don't actually have to leave my house to go to my store, I just go downstairs and open a door.

I think you just need to open a storefront. Then you can justifiably buy all the shoes and deduct them as a necessary business expense.
