Scenes from Portland, Maine on a a quintessential autumn day. We stumbled upon J's Oysters and ended up going there twice in the span of 4 hours, a very no-frills joint where oysters are just regular bar food and the Jameson flows freely, it was perfect. While in Portland I also made sure and visited two thrift stores as I had a hunch the sweater stock would be plentiful and the shops did not disappoint, I ended up with quite a haul to say the least.

Ahhh, Portland! I wish I knew you were going I would have told you to go to eat at Norms. Jonny and I went there a few times a week, hehe. Did you go to Material Objects? I loved that place :o)
Splendid fall hat color!

Love the hat and coat--and the Time for Pint mural!
Oh Lauren, you have made me homesick! Although living in Sweden is nice, a year has been too long. I miss my cute house in the West End! All my haunts....... and mostly I miss vintage shopping! I hope you found the Salvation Army on Forest St? Material Objects? And of course Decades? To be living in Portland again will be heaven.....luckily my cute house awaits, and if you haven't snaked all the vintage ;) maybe some of that too. Plus, I didn't get to vote!
WAGONEER. me want.
