travel bug

Normally, I'm a stay at home kind of gal, day trips are great, but I love my house, my bed and my kitty cats. But lately have been bitten by the travel bug and have let my mind swirl around planning a trip - perhaps to Capri, maybe to Greece, possibly to Brazil, but for certain somewhere warm, airy, bright and by the sea. I think this house in Nimes pretty much hits the nail on the head! It's a photoshoot location in France and doesn't it look like somewhere Anthropologie will plan it's next summer photoshoot? If anyone knows of a place like this I can runaway to this fall, you just let me know ;)

I would love to go to Greece! A relaxing week spent by the bluest ocean in an airy house like this one... Perfection!

Wow, that is beautiful!

Haven in Paris- http://www.haveninparis.com/ - have villas in Tuscany and Provence that look quite lovely (although they are rather large). The apartment we rented from them in Paris was as beautiful as it looked on their website!

that house is perfectly dreamy - even though I despise summer I would love to travel there.

This makes me want to go pull out one of our overgrown herb garden plants (the thyme? or the sage?) and hang it upside down from the ceiling a la the third photo! I am also loving the white ceiling and beams.

I went to Greece for my honeymoon. It was amazing, to say the least.

We took a big European vacation a couple years ago and ended with a week in Capri- it was magnificent!
