Underneath my otherwise obsessively neat propensity is a real live hippie-girl who wants to sleep on a mattress on the floor. I am loving these handmade houses from this book. I especially like the first photo in all it's neutral and slightly Scandinavian glory. Actually these aren't too far from the way the places I lived in during college looked (although it was the 1990s!) since I was always living with a group of dredded, yoga-loving, raw juice drinking people.

Wow, these are so beautiful, I want to live there! Love the blog!

A different beautiful house!
these look like fantastic vintage-y yurtas?? I've always wanted to stay in one (they have them at some campgrounds). COOL!
Oh my goodness, I love these! The second photo is fantastic, definitely a dream abode.
Ain't that the truth! i slept on a mattress for MOST of my university life. The windows never shut properly, and there was always beer and (for some reason) carrots and pumpkin in the fridge.
oh my goodness! thanks for sharing. I have an obsession with tree forts you can live in and these look equally as charming!
I want to move in a drink some raw juice & do yoga ;)
The second room is absolutely magical. I want to live there.
