bring the outdoors in, and then in again

Terrariums, I think it's sorta funny to take a plant (normally an outside thing) into your house and then put it in it's own tiny house. But I love them and I hope to have a collection of them at some point. I also love that my kitties cannot snack on them as they do so many of the other plants in my house. Before this great floral shop opened not too far from me I would not have known where to get them, but it's both a blessing a a curse that I have discovered this shop, I imagine many of my dollars could go toward funding a burgeoning terrarium collection. Thankfully, the owner takes payment in trade for vintage dresses!

I love them, too...they're somewhat magical, I think.

I love a mini world of terrariums! My mom and I had a terrarium making session over a year ago with moss from her home. We discovered that moss up close is not only not the same but oh so beautiful!

We are about to move and I cannot wait to make such wonderful terrariums! My kitties like to munch on my little green children as well! Little stinkers!

This is quite a brilliant idea. I never thought this could be possible. I really like it. I hope to collect them.
