Being a hat person I sometimes hear non-hat people say that they just can't figure out how and where to wear hats. Well, this post is for you! I intentionally wore a super simple and basic outfit but topped it off with a vintage hat to show that you don't have to be "all dressed up" to wear a hat and they aren't just for special times. I love how vinatge hats make a pretty mundane outfit miles cooler. This hat is one of my favorites - it's a 1930s dark navy blue straw hat that is covered in brown leaves and sits askew on the head, so jaunty...

You look adorable! (as always...) I do love hats -- but I feel like my noggin' is already oversized, and it would just draw attention to it - in a *bad* way. Although, I may reconsider. :) The hat is soooo pretty!
