Simply one of the most amazing and beautiful pieces I have had the pleasure of having in the shop (soon!). A 1950s creamy silk satin winter wedding ensemble that is perfect in every way. Three pieces - a underskirt that creates fullness as well as peeks below the hem of the dress, the dress and a mink trimmed cropped jacket. Needless to say, were I not married I would plan an entire winter wedding around this amazing garment.

that is a beauty for sure! such amazing detail, love the contrast of the beading!
My thoughts exactly! Loved my fall wedding, but this would change my plans to a winter affair in a heartbeat.
hello...
whoa!
i bow at your feet for sharing the bounty.
you are a strong and generous lady!!
:)
Is there even such a thing available now as 'a winter wedding dress'? I remember going to a Christmas wedding where the bride wore a dress with a hood with fur and carried a fur (I'm sure this was all fake fur, actually but it looked real from our distance)muff. It was snowing outside and the whole thing was magical (well, until one of the glass globes on the cast iron lamps that had been put into the event space exploded, showering several people with glass...). Not that I've had to look for a wedding gown for a winter wedding recently (my girls were married in the summer), but is something different for winter weddings made these days?
This is STUNNING! I've asked my boyfriend what he would think of a tea-length wedding dress, and he doesn't seem too keen on it. I guess he thinks it won't look as formal...but I absolutely love dresses like this. Maybe I'll just do it anyway! haha...I'm sure he'll love whatever I show up in :)
Oh my goodness gracious me! That is stunning!!!
I guess this has sold by now?
