Noa of Hook the Look is how I would look if the powers of the universe were such that I could choose my face. This beautiful girl is a fashion student and fashion blogger in Israel and I'm pretty sure close to half the world's most strikingly beautiful women hail from Israel (there and oh, all of Scandinavia perhaps).
