Two Dear Golden brides!

When I saw the photos of these two beauties in their Dear Golden wedding dresses I felt just like a proud mother, in fact, in the spirit of full disclosure, I sort of teared up a little. Lauren & Shani live in Brookyn, but made it to Michigan and to my shop back in the late winter so I got to meet them AND dress them for their big day (in Paris, no less!). How adorable and cool is it that they are both wearing high-top sneakers!? I sort of want to hug the crap out of them, not gonna lie. If you want to follow these vintage-loving gals on Twitter they are @ellednyc & @imaninnyc.

  7. Beauties! Both the girls, AND the dresses (which suit them both to a T). I love the graphic sneakers paired with their lady-like dresses.

  14. After looking at their GORGEOUS faces, hair, smiles and fantastic dresses, I realized that I hadn't even noticed the Eiffel Tower in the background...they upstaged it! Congrats to them and well wishes for a lifetime of happiness together!
