bits of my morning


Perfect temperature, the sound of crickets, cloudless sky - these have been the past few days and they are the very best mornings. Chilly enough for an early sweater but the promise of a warm day and a cicada concert at nightfall. I picked up my camera this morning because the light was so right.

    those pillows are so darn pretty. LOVE your stack of old books too, I just recently found one on Erte at the Reuse Center! The old ones are the best, smell the best too! :)

    I was just rhapsodizing over how lovely the light is right now--I'm loving the cool air and the sounds of the crickets, too! Your kitty looks like she's in heaven.

    These photographs are very inspiring!
    I love the quietness of the sun in the early morning. My favorite photograph are the retro tin cases... very pretty.
    Also, I love those vintage stripe umbrellas :)
