Vizcaya Garden
It was the easiest vacation I've ever taken and thusly now one of my favorite. How can you go wrong with a beautiful hotel with delicious food, poolside cocktails, 2am club sandwiches, well-crafted cocktails, a stunning pool and 87 degree weather all in a gorgeous city? I didn't think I'd love Miami as much as I did. I am already planning my next trip. We wasted no time getting into the water when we arrived and by the pool is where I stayed the majority of the time. But we did rent a Vespa one day and went all over Miami which was super fun, we stumbled upon the Vizcaya Garden & Museum which was a nice break from the city and water. Leaving was hard, I even looked into changing our flight so we could stay through the weekend, desperate!

ReplyDeleteFantastic place and you looked so glamourous in all your outfits/bathing costumes. I have a dress in the same fabric as the bright, multi-coloured paisley patterned one, in your second pic, just the bodice is a different style!

Great photos! I live in Miami.. it's really nice to see someone appreciate it's beauty so much. People rarely realize there is more to our city than our beaches.
