Just some pictures of Marilyn today, simply because I personally can never tire of looking at her. I've watched two of her films this week and it's impossible to watch anyone but her. I can't imagine what it must have been like to have that kind of magnetism. It must have been both exhilarating and exhausting. I love how when I search for photos of her I always come across ones I have not yet seen.
She is absolutely perfect!!! I love her too!!!

ReplyDeleteI'll never tire of looking at her either! Her last sitting with Burt Stern is my favorite---I've been dying for that book since it came out a couple years back. The images are so raw and genuine---kind of like that Avedon shot of her, the rare shot when she isn't smiling. I'm preparing a post about your Etsy shop for my blog this very second.
